The blackout works particularly well with these curtains. They are eyelet so, naturally, you'll have all the light issues you normally would with eyelet. Thermal-wise, they seem good enough. It's hard to judge since it hasn't been particularly cold since getting them but there is a difference in temperature in front and behind them. So it works, I just don't know how well yet. The look and feel are what's really impressive to me. The dark grey faux leather material backing might not be everyone's cup of tea but it looks nice to me. From a distance, they look like very sleak/expensive curtains. Even up close, they don't feel cheap. I have some more expensive 'non-Amazon' curtains in the living room and these actually look better to me. I had previously bought curtains from another Amazon brand which were exactly as I'd imagine cheap Amazon curtains would be. These (at a similar price point) are in a completely different league.

Thes curtains are of such good quality, I ordered them in linen and the colour is beautiful and looks so expensive, they are fantastic at blacking out the room and keeping heat in, the length was perfect for floor length curtains, and hanging them was so easy. I ordered in greyish white for another room but returned as the colour was not as nice and didn’t look as high quality but that’s just a colour issue. I would highly recommend ordering these.

These look like lovely curtains but I knew without opening them that the colour was not the same as the photo, they are actually a very light cream colour and not the a darker colour you see in the picture. Shame as they look good quality.

These curtains are spot on to be fair. Very reasonably priced and pretty good quality. My bedroom felt so much warmer last night and it was nice to wake up in the dark so to speak because they do blackout the room sufficiently. I have ordered another pair for my son who likes these.
